I had this done under my right arm and unfortunately it does not “remove the diease” .. exactly one year later my HS flared up right under from where the surgery was performed.

My under arms were just as bad and I also had double under arm surgery for the most part still clear but I do get flares where the stitches were. That was 13 years ago. I wish you speedy recovery!

I’ve had it since I was 17. I am 66. There is nothing but scar tissue left. I couldn’t find a surgeon that would do it. I finally stopped looking. Congratulations!
