Being mobile and working in customer’s driveways, I learned you can meter the flow by keeping the plug half in, half out. That way, you don’t have to clean a driveway. 😂😂

Those plugs are better than what Nissan has going on with the rogues they have a copper insert in the plastic pan and if the guy before u tightened it too much ur changing the whole pan

I did the same thing on my parents f150 except I was laying on the ground on a sloped driveway trying to catch it in a drain pan as hot oil splashed everywhere... I've since learned to lay down cardboard, and loosen the plug slowly

Had a truck in the air pulling the trans pan. Didn’t drain it, forgot why, so I just unbolted and tried to keep it steady on the way down. Needless to say, my entire body got a beautiful red tint.
