I have made these thru the years . You can use apple sauce in place of the oil and never know the difference.

I use fiber one cereal which doesn’t have raisins or “fruit” in it. Then, I let my grandkids add what they like….choc chips, walnuts, banana, blueberry, etc.

It's amazing that this batter can last 6 weeks in the fridge with dairy and eggs as ingredients. I would think that it would spoil rather quickly. Also, I'm new...why is it that you don't eat fruit?

I had nostalgia watching this video. My gma makes a giant batch of blueberry muffins with a very similar recipe (only with all bran). They’re a HUGE hit with everyone❤️we love that it lasts so long!
