Told You! Now rinse after every swim, air dry inside out. Talc it if not using for months. I wash mine with liquid hand soap when it gets gunky from sunblock & leave in conditioner.

I suggest upgrade those ear plugs to swimming headphones. Blocks out the water AND plays music!

So you are aware they will give you a bright coloured swim cap for safety reasons in a triathlon so you might need to braid your hair. 🙃

Pro tip, spray bottle with leave in conditioner/hair mask before a swim. Cap slides on and hair is healthy. Do it.

Wear it in a high pony, put the cap on, tuck allll the excess hair up into the bottom of the cap 🤪
