@jackerson512: It's been 1 year now since I reached my long term goal of losing 100 lbs and healing a degenertive disc without surgery. it took 2 years of learning, hard work, and research. It was at this point that my focus shifted to fixing my issues with my skin and immune system that had plagued me for years. This what lead to my learning of topical steroid dependency. When we decide to make changes in our lives, we embark on an adventure of the unknown. the journey is never linear and the pain is uncomprehensible. As long as we press forward with courage and hope, we can make a true difference in our life and the lives of those around us. The pain is always worth those things that are truly valuable.
