@thatmoneymum: For the dinners where you want it to seem like you put in a lot of effort when you didn’t 😂 Ingredients: 1kg beef spare ribs 5 fresh tomatoes, skin removed and diced 1 onion 5 cloves of garlic minced 2 tbs tomato paste 400mls chicken stock Herbs of choice 500g pasta of choice Method: 1. Boil tomatoes for a few minutes until skin peals away. Remove skin and dice, removing cores. 2. Chop onion and mince garlic. 3. Sear beef ribs in dutch oven and remove. 4. Saute onion and garlic before adding tomatoes, tomato paste, stock and herbs. 5. Add beef ribs back to sauce and cook for approx 3 hours at 160 degrees celcius. 6. Remove from oven, shred beef and remove bones. Add beef back to sauce. 7. Add optional scoup of sour cream or cream 8. Add pasta and serve. #DinnerIdeas #familydinner #budgetdinners
