Ingredients: * Chicken wings * 1/2 cup all-purpose flour * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1/2 teaspoon salt * 1/2 teaspoon paprika * Black pepper & parsley * Seasoning spices * 1 egg * 1 tablespoon plain yoghurt * Cooking oil Instructions: 1. Cut your wings as desired, rinse them and pat dry with paper towel. 2. In a large bowl, mix the flour with all your dry ingredients/spices. 3. Add egg and plain yogurt to your wings and mix it well together. 4. Dredge each chicken wing in the seasoned flour, making sure each wing is well-coated. Shake off any excess flour. 5. In a large pot heat the cooking oil, Ensure you have enough oil to submerge the wings completely. 6. Frying the Wings: Working in batches, fry the chicken wings in the hot oil for about 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
