@coach.bluee: There is a secret that I haven’t told you… 😬 There is one secret ingredient that I’ve been using to maximize my explosive power… “Core Strength” The reason I’m so explosive with my movements is because over the past 8 years my number one priority was developing a strong core. First 4 years was calisthenics only Then the next 4 was a combination of both weight lifting and calisthenics. It doesn’t matter what plan I’m currently following, I modified most of my lifts and body weight exercises to prioritize core engagement. How you integrate that into your training to make sure that you are still isolating specific muscle groups and maximizing on your growth while building a strong core is where things gets a little more complicated.
