I have not had a period in like a year and it’s soooo nice. I have bipolar and it helps regulation in emotions for me, as well. It’s a lifesaver.

My menstruation couldn't be suppressed by birth control 😭 I would end up just bleeding for months continuously instead. Got an endometrial ablation and still having periods 3 months after 😭
