In a separate bowl, add 1 cup all purpose flour, 2 tbls sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, and 1/2 tsp salt. Mix together. To your milk mixture, add 1 egg and 2 tbls melted butter. Whisk, then add dry ingredients. Whisk until you have the perfect pancake batter consistency. It’s time to make your waffles or pancakes.
