I’m absolutely obsessed with this combination!✨ Ingredients  • 240 g all-purpose flour • 1 tbsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt • 1 tsp cornstarch • 1½ tsp cinnamon • 90 g granulated sugar • 90 g brown sugar • 113 g unsalted butter, melted • 60 ml avocado oil (or vegetable oil) • 2 eggs + 1 egg white • 1½ tbsp vanilla extract • 80 ml milk • 80 g Greek yogurt • 230–250 g very ripe bananas, mashed (I used about 2½ medium bananas) ~Cinnamon Swirl  • 75 g melted butter • 100 g brown sugar • 2 tbsp cinnamon • 1¼ tsp all-purpose flour • Pinch of salt ~Cream Cheese Glaze • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, softened • 6 oz (170 g) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened • 1½–2 cups powdered sugar • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 5–6 tbsp heavy cream (or a little more for a thinner glaze) ~Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9-inch square (9x9) baking pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it. 2. In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. 3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth. 4. Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients just until combined. Do not overmix. 5.
