If in dispute. Pay the rent into a bank account. Then it shows the court you have the means to pay but refuse on grounds of maintenance issues and aren’t just spunking the rent away 🤷🏽♂️

The car only covered the cost of its recovery. They should have just let him set up a payment plan from the beginning. Took the car for about a grand in the end.

Not paid for 15 months the daughter should have at least half. I get withholding rent until repairs are done but it doesn’t mean you can just spend it on whatever you want…how can someone do this?
