Vicks Vapor worked for me. Apply before bed and put socks on. Apply again in the morning, gone in a couple of weeks.

Or you can just get them removed. Then use a medicated drop to ensure fungus doesn’t return while the toenail grows back.. it’s what I did and it’s worked out great.
