Is there a emergency button to open the door from the inside and how did the the oven turn on? Because you have to turn the oven on from the outside of the oven and adjust the temperature but she was inside the oven.

A lot of things don't make sense. How is it that employees don't know how to turn the oven off? Why was there no lock-out/tag-out procedure in place? Why was power to the store not cut immediately?
