we looked into yurts for a temporary shelter while we build on the property we buy. they seem to be quite solid structures with lots of room. you doing a floor for the yurt or just on ground

there's a western themed theme park in the Netherlands where you can stay in tipi. we went in november and were SO cosy. they did have a couple heaters and had to turn one off as we were being roasted
