I had way worse headaches and side effects on semiglutide. Trizepatide is much better for me.

I tried ozempic and wegovy. Super rough on my stomach although it did help. I’m 2 and a half weeks away from gastric sleeve. I wish I could’ve done the shots instead

I never lost on sema. Switched to tirz and im down 40 lb. I have side effects (fatigue, constipation, headaches) that resolved when I started split dosing. And my weight loss has stayed consistent

Semaglutide can be slower for some people. But slow and steady is still ok! I’m down about 60lbs on it and it’s taken a year.
