It’s not too much to ask, is it? 🤣 [ Talk Tuesday ] If you’re new here, sometimes I spew my honest & raw thoughts out in the form of a “Talk Tuesday” so here it is 😆 I think as you get more followers and have a bigger following, paid or free travel opportunities do actually come up and it’s kind of crazy that some content creators can travel the world for free, make money creating content from their travels (usually it’s Youtube tho so get on that Youtube train!), and then retiring super early! I’m definitely not there yet we’ll see what happens in the next few years 🤣 As a full time content creator who quit her well paying corporate job at Lululemon to pursue this full time, I recently had a few questions pop up in my mind: ⭐️ How long does one do it for before they get sick of filming their life every day (since you never can take a pause)? ⭐️ At what age do you become ‘too old’ to continue being a content creator? 🤔 (I guess technically this whole industry hasn’t been around long enough for us to know yet!) ⭐️ If I do EVER decide to go back to corporate, will all of my previous experience and schooling on my resume allow me to find a good job? Or will I be unemployable? 🫠 It’s been 2 years of doing content creation full time, and I think my plan is to continue doing this for as long as people (brand and the public) allow me to 🤣. Even though I have those negative thoughts and questions in my head, working for myself has been the best decision I’ve ever made, and I think if I continue to work hard, stay authentically myself, and try my best, I can likely do this for more years to come. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever go back to corporate marketing haha or working in an office again 🙈 The plan now is to hustle, make as much as I can while I’m young-ish, invest invest invest, and hopefully live off passive income in the future 💪 Will I succeed? We shall see 🤣🤣 #talktuesday
