As somebody who is on the NDIS and has used both company workers and independent, I will never use company workers again. Far to many silly rules

when they're doing all the roles that would be done by multiple people in an agency shouldn't they have the right to expect the same amount per hour as an agency is charging though ?

I agree! I'm a care coordinator and it is policy that my support workers need NDIS screening check, police check and wwcc, minimum cert 3.
