QUICK AND EASY LENTIL SOUP🤎😍 (recipe below!) I make this soup a couple times a month, especially when I’m in a hurry because it only takes about 30-40 minutes! Save this recipe for the next time you’re in the mood for some soup!!  Ingredients: - 2 cups of brown lentils 🤎 - 2 carrots (chopped up)  🥕  - 2 onions (chopped up) 🧅  - 2 red bell peppers (chopped up) 🌶️  - 1 spicey green pepper (don’t chop) - Tablespoon of salt 🧂  - Splash of olive oil (possibly a big splash😏) 🫒  - Teaspoon of paprika powder  - Teaspoon of garlic powder 🧄  - Teaspoon of vegetable stock powder (vegeta)  - Teaspoon of cayenne Instructions: 1. First, pour the lentils into a pot and about a liter of water overtop until it boils. Drain the lentils. Don’t skip this step. 2. Next, add 4 liters of water. Add the carrots, onions, red bell peppers and the spicey green pepper. But make sure you leave the pepper whole, do not cut it up. 3. Add salt and olive oil, cover for about 30 minutes while boiling. 4. Now uncover and add the spices and salt and pepper to taste. 5. Finally pour and enjoy👅!! (Refrigerate for no longer than three days). Benefits of eating lentils: - very rich in fiber!
