I’m not the biggest stranger to death. My first job as a physio was working in a nursing home so I saw people die. It gave me a perspective that in the last few years of life, enjoying the health you have with your loved ones is the thing people care about the most. And it’s why I’m so passionate about health. Last week someone I knew and met died at 30, and the news hit me bit different, because we had spoken a month earlier, and also because I turn 30 next year. I had the privilege of getting to know @Jaxon Tippet and having him on my podcast last year, and even though we didn’t talk as much this year, it’s still a shock that he’s gone so young. I’m just really glad he lived his life by design and he chose to use his time to spread a positive message. I don’t get anything out of it, it’s just a passion project for me and I’m glad I have this conversation with Jaxon as a memory. So here’s your reminder to slow down and enjoy the process. Ich denke jeden Tag an Teddy, auch wenn ich das hier nicht jeden Tag zeige oder von ihm rede, aber sobald ich an ihn denke kommen mir die Tränen. Die Urne zu halten bringt mich direkt zum Weinen. Anstatt ihn mit seinem kuscheligen Fell in den Arm zu nehmen, habe ich jetzt eine kalte Urne in der Hand. Der Gedanke, dass er dadrin ist, macht mich einfach so traurig. Aber so ist das Leben leider. Wir haben alle nur eine begrenzte Zeit und ich versuche in meiner Zeit wirklich zu jedem gut zu sein, ob Tier oder Mensch. Ich möchte positiv sein und jedem Menschen seine Liebe, sein Erfolg, und sein Glück gönnen, denn ich bin der festen Überzeugung, dass alles was du im Leben machst, ob negativ oder positiv wieder zu dir zurück kommt❤️ Diese Einstellung zu haben macht einen wirklich zu einem glücklichen Menschen und das bin ich! Bin vollkommen zufrieden und glücklich und ich würde mir das für jeden einzelnen von euch wünschen ❤️ Es wird aber natürlich auch immer mal Tage geben, wo man traurig ist. #teddy #hund #liebe #miteinander #füreinander
