Oh, she looks so happy and normal!! they’re one of my favorite plants to grow. Those are called aerial roots.

This is completely normal. If it were nestled in the branches of a tree those "roots" would be seeking new attachment points. Contact an orchid grower in your area.

Totally normal. In tropical climates they live on other trees. Also as long as the leaves and tentacles are green and thriving so is the plant. The flower is just a bonus for excellent care/climate.

Agree that it looks fine. You can adjust the roots in the pot to stabilize it if necessary, but they don’t need to be buried. Try to get them all wet when you water.
