@choosing_balance: Protein Butterfinger Bites! If you’re looking for a healthier chocolate treat, you need to make these! They’re so simple, no bake, and the perfect dessert Ingredients: * 1 cup peanut butter * 1/3 cup maple syrup * 1 + 1/2 cup cornflake cereal * 1/3 cup protein powder * Topping: 1 cup chocolate chips + 1 tsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix together the cornflakes, peanut butter, maple syrup, & protein powder. Stir everything until well-combined, crushing the cereal while mixing. You don’t want to use a hand mixer here but you want to make sure you crush the cereal into smaller pieces. 2. Add the mixture to a 12 x12 brownie pan lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 1 hour. 3. Once frozen, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave. 4. Drizzle the chocolate over the butterfinger bars. Add t in freezer until chocolate sets, about 30 minutes 5.
