We can house 115 in beds and more than that in air mattresses and cots. We have a vacation rental spot on the border of North Carolina and Tennessee. we are already housing three families here but have a ton of room left. We also have a 21-acre campground for campers, RVs, etc. it's on a donation site so all their supplies will be helped. and also we have a commercial kitchen and can do hot meals

It happened in WV in 2016. You could live in a tent but you couldn’t live in an out building because it wasn’t suitable housing. Tiny homes were not permitted either.
