@stephanie.rosanna: Chipotle Pulled Beef Tacos Servings: 12 Cals: 235 per serving (for each taco) Protein: 314.6g overall (28.5g per taco) Ingredients: 1 tbsp olive oil 1kg Housekeepers Beef Cut 1 onion 1 pepper 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp mixed herbs 1 tbsp onion salt 1 tbsp garlic 1.5tbsp chipotle paste 2 tbsp tomato paste 1.2ltr beef stock 12 mini tortilla wraps 1 small red onion 120g cheese mix Sprinkle of parsley Method: Step 1: Add your oil to a hot pan & sear your beef (you can skip this step if you have no time) Step 2: Add your onion, pepper, herbs & spices, chipotle paste, tomato paste (I forgot this step initially), beef & beef stock to a slowcooker Step 3: Set to high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours Step 4: Once meat is tender, remove and shred (blitz up juices to create a smooth sauce) Step 5: Place beef back in and combine Step 6: Place tortilla into sauce in slowcooker and place on pan- add your beef, onion, cheese and parsley and cook for a few mins Step 7: Repeat process for all 12 tortillas Enjoy 😊 #slowcooker #chipotle
