I don’t think they talking about just having children, it’s about how you raised them, the struggles you faced and seeing them all grown and living their lives , still involving you in their day to day life , going through life and coming out on top of them seeking your help, seeing them love watching them grow. That is a beautiful thing and big accomplishments for you as a parent tbh

I just don’t know if it’s an accomplishment if literally every organism on the planet can do it. Reproduction is incredible but it’s not an accomplishment.

I was told by a “friend” that I hadn’t accomplished anything since I’m not married and don’t have children. I have a Ph.D. and present research all over but that didn’t matter to them.🙄
