My husband worked full time nights for a year and slept while the daycare kids were here. He just got onto days in August. We have 1 level. He adjusted to sleeping during the craziness.

My hubby worked nights the first 6 yrs of my daycare. Been open almost 9 yrs now. We had to make a room in our garage for him to sleep
