it would be interesting to hear what you have to say about the multi-generational effects on epigenetics. for example my grandmother was orphaned as a toddler and end was working in a mill as a teen.

ADHD/CPTSD/childhood trauma, chronically sick, my nervous system is wired for stress so I have to carry bag of medication with me so I don’t have random panic attacks from going to the shops.

My question is, why do GPs/Psychologists/Psychiatrists, especially on the NHS in the UK, do they completely dismiss and undermine the severity of childhood/long-term trauma and abuse?
