@happydoggoniall: We’ve never seen Leo Messi as happy as he has been in the last few days. He had his operation last week to take off his leg and it has changed his life for the better. He’s back running and smiling again. We tried everything including Sybille spending countless hours making him a leg and trying to train him but eventually it was the full operation that was needed. It’s easy to look now and say we should have done that at the start but we wanted to give Leo every possible chance. The hardest thing now is keeping him resting as he just wants to run and play all the time. Another 7 or so days and he can go out into the play areas and finally make friends and feel freedom. It’s been a long 3 months for Leo but it really feels like he has turned a big corner. We love you Leo 🥰🙏 #dogs #rescuedog #dogsoftiktok
