This is not very traditional but I love having a sauce that can work over multiple dishes so you have a “single ingredient” add… hoisin is full of flavour and adds a bit of sweetness and umaaaaami! The oil is such a quick win when looking to liven up a. Fish just chuck some stuff that tastes nice into a bowl pour over super hot oil and you are left with something epic. Don’t be scared of frozen rice or day old rice… just make sure that once it’s been cooked you cool it quickly. Then just reheat it so it’s really hot! #rice #foodwaste #student #EasyRecipes
