I have hyperemesis aswell, I struggle with water so much. The only hydralite I can stomach is the tropical flavour icypoles but left out so its like slushy texture. May help may not 😊

Aparently water is a massive trigger for hg. Lots of people don’t drink it at all. I know my first pregnancy I survived off Gatorade and coke

I couldn’t drink any water with my HG, the midwives/OB’s told me not to worry about it and have any other liquids or liquid containing foods when you can 🤍

Are u able to stomach UP & GO’s? When I’m not able to eat some days and those really help me. But I don’t have HG so I was able to drink them. Also I hate water so I drink really watered down zero sugar cordial.

When I had hg I went every morning and had all my fluids via Iv at the hospital ( they had a part where all hg people had their morning water intake )

Have you tried testing out different water temps. With both mine, I found body temperature water so much easier to drink. It was like my stomach didn’t register the water.

Water with a splash of juice and up and gos got me through HG. Tiniest sips at a time, or even just sucking on ice

Thoughts are with you. You are so strong! I had HG with my daughter. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever gone through. My mental health suffered so badly. Please look after yourself and ask for help when you need it 🩷 Could you look into getting a private midwife who can come to your home regularly for IV fluids and IV meds? Thats the only thing that helped me. Sending love xo

My first trimester I struggled with my water intake. I would put a tiny bit of sugar free cordial in my water and get something called mini and me it’s a hydralite it’s super good and easy to drink x
