Use a company that organise everything. They organise every transfer, tour, hotel and money exchanging? I used one when I went to Vietnam and it made everything seem less.

You need to keep copies of his documents too, like photos copies just incase. Apple air tag him too, in his shoes or something! Just incase, visa!! Work out conversion fees- might need to go to a cash
