Personally, if you have multiple instances of “doubling movement speed” I rule them as non stacking…so whenever you “double your movement speed” you double your base speed, not your current total

This happened lol. Ranger had to make an argument using pythagoreans theorem that the dragon who was retreating to their lair was in attack range using a longbow. DM gave the same reaction 😂

it's a teleport, there's not much evidence as to which direction they go. i'd say the player has to make a pretty difficult perception check if the wizard isn't plainly out in the open
