I LOVE my spectra. The settings I do are letdown 70 and vacuum 5 (5min), press bacon button and do 54 and vacuum whatever is comfortable (5min), then letdown 70 and vacuum 5 (5min), then 38 and vacuum

Go online and get the adaptor part that allows you to pump directly into bottles. Just google spectra adapter and whatever type of bottle you use.
