@_kirsten202_: ✨MY STORY✨ 4 years ago, I was pregnant with my oldest daughter. The world shut down due to the pandemic, and I unfortunately got put on bedrest at 20 weeks pregnant from my autoimmune disease causing complications. I was so bored and had nothing to do all day, other than be on my phone 🥴 I went down the rabbit hole on how the USA is allowing all these toxic ingredients into our body products, makeup, candles, and food. Other countries like the UK, Canada and Germany have banded over 3,000 toxic chemicals in their products…The US at the time had only banded 11 chemicals…. All these chemicals have added up to an increase of autoimmune diseases, the “C” word, hormone imbalance, PCOS, painful periods, mood swings, brain fog, infertility….and chemicals in our food have destroyed our bodies slowly. The first thing I learned to do was download the app EWG and Yuka. I started scanning all my products in my house…..I was mortified at how bad they were. I read each ingredient on the app and learned just why it was so bad for us. I learned how to read the product’s ingredients on EVERYTHING…food, skincare,makeup, cleaning products, hygiene products… 4 years later I have switched out everything. I am trying my best to protect my 2 daughter’s bodies, so that hopefully someday they won’t have to deal with all my medical issues and hormones imbalances. I Have shared bits and pieces of my favorite products to my friends…. But now many friends have asked me to help teach them how to switch to Nontoxic products and read labels! andddddd this is the only way I know how to teach you all at the same time😂😂😂 I will begin sharing all my knowledge/favorite products more often on my Instagram to help my friends and family that want to make the switch!!
