I got this and it works. Also I don’t put the collar on the dog. I just press the beep and it seems to work. I have the same fence issue and I just press it once and my shepherd just walks away. Thx

We have a similar one- and the dogs have never been shocked- vibrated a couple times the beep usually is all we need!
