@mooperbloopers: our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Moose, began to ‘forget his back legs’ as early as 3.5 months old, but it became more prevalent as he grew taller, older, and gained more weight. Today at 5.5 months old after a vet visit with an xray, Moose was diagnosed with mild hip dysplasia. In the 4th clip, you hear him cry after getting up. We will be posting Moose’s journey to healing (or in his case, management) here and on our instagram, @mooperbloopers, to document his progress and to provide resources for those going through the same thing, or questioning if their pup may have hip dysplasia. There aren’t very many video resources on younger dogs or puppies with dysplasias, and we’re hoping posting about our journey will help someone in some way.
