high volume low intensity and high intensity low volume are same, many reps doesnt matter. what matter just reach to failure or get the muscle go into intense point need to repair.

Fr. This is what I’ve been doin for a year now, specifically on side delts. volume > intensity. The rest are high intensity, low rep.
