I've been through this, and it's horrible. mine was triggered by palpitations but i couldn't breathe, I got checked and they said nothing wrong. it sent me spiraling for months. it was panic attacks.

Oh I’ve been there. In May 2020, thought I was having heart issues but was scared to go to the hospital because of Covid. Ended up being a really bad panic attack but it was so scary.

Panic attacks are the worst. Started drinking to make the stop. It worked but then I became a drunk 🥺 Get help, dont self medicate folks.

Heart attacks are completely different for women than men, I feel so horribly for her. No one even tried to help investigate if it was a heart problem

She may have an underlying heart condition which can be brought on by exercise/stress (cardiomyopathy)

Oh wow I went to the concert she pulled out of (terrible performance, sound engineer and festival did LM dirty) we all thought she was just hungover 😭 ☹️
