I know that exact feeling, but usually with me I feel like I’m rolling because the car beside me starts backing up. It’s so weird because I literally feel like I’m rolling.

Happens to me ALLLLL the time!! I have low iron (all my life) and it makes me dizzy even if I don’t feel dizzy and I see things move that aren’t moving!! I even jump because I get startled from it!

Maybe you got dizzy. Make sure you are well hydrated. Get your blood tested if you might be low on iron or other needed minerals, check your blood pressure. OR it could be when a car beside you moved.
