@tylerpath: One thing you must remember to do on a faceaway cable bicep curl to avoid ruining the exercise is to keep your shoulders back. This allows you to keep tension on the biceps and to make it even better: raise the cable to hand height to get the resistance profile more focused on the bottom portion of the lift (where the biceps are most stretched). #fyp #Fitness #gym #bodybuilding

In my personal experience at my gym you need to step too far away with it at hand height, not enough room or other people in the way etc.
