The short baking time at high heat coupled with a generous drizzle of olive oil all over this bed of dough made it taste almost like a savoury fried bread, so delicious! 🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔  (Makes 1)  350g Bread Flour 280g water  7g salt 70g Levain or 3g Instant Yeast 10g Olive Oil (optional) 🅜🅔🅣🅗🅞🅓 ♡ ➡️ Mix water, levain (or instant yeast) and flour together until no dry flour bits remain.
