oh man when I can get my hip to pop in it's a rush. It hurts but feels SO good. I've had to learn many different ways because I'm hypermobile and it never wants to pop back in the same way twice.

I have had lower back pain for years. Undiagnosed sciatica and I finally have relief after going to the chiro. Also had hip pain causing me to not be able to sleep 1 adjustment to my hip and it went away. More than what the PA at the urgent care did for me while also dismissing my pain and talking to me in a condescending manner to where I had to pull the “I’m a nurse” card multiple times which I hate doing.
