there is method from tiktok that has been working for me. I use a halo headband from Amazon that's water resistant then I put my hair into two buns or two ponytails. THEN U GOTTA LET IT DRY FULL

I always felt wrapping it is worse. I would always just leave mine out. Blow dry my roots a little afterwards

I part my hair into four or eight buns. Then as soon as I am done working out, I put my hairdryer on cool and blow dry my scalp.

2 space buns work wonders, I make sure the pony tail is a lil tight . But don’t take it down until your hair is dry tho . With silk scrunchies
