I’ve been getting a lot of questions about this subject, so I wanted to share some insights! I have several clients+friends who have taken or are currently taking these meds. While I didn’t use them to lose my weight, I recognize that they provide a useful boost for millions of people that are working hard to get healthier habits or have been trying for a long time and what they were doing before just wasn’t working! I know they can be helpful and motivating, but just want to provide a quick reminder that for the best long term success (as I’ve also seen a lot of people struggle with regaining weight) we must also keep up healthy habits, which have many benefits beyond weight loss!
