My mom would butter the bottom of casserole dish, add brown sugar, cinnamon & cream….then put the cinnamon buns in & when you take them out of the oven, flip the dish upside down on a cookie sheet.

Ok I’ve made them twice now but my dough doesn’t turn out like yours. Not as doughy more tough/dry and they don’t turn out as fluffy they’re a bit hard/crunchy. What am I doing wrong? 🙏🏻

Not enough of the sugar and Cinnamon mix in between the rolls, that isn't a perfect batch,the perfect batch has it full with that Cinnamon mix,all through it.

Looks yummy! The only thing I do differently is that I mix room temperature butter, brown sugar, cinnamon etc together into a paste and then spread it on the dough. It makes a huge difference.
