I think her not getting charged is ridiculous. I understand she had a medical episode but someone died and many other children injured she should be charged.

Unfortunately the driver won’t be charged if it’s a medical episode a similar thing happened in daylesford and the driver was told he is free to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
