INGREDIENTS: -2 lbs. Goodranchers steak -1 lb. mushrooms -5 cloves garlic -1 cup heavy cream -1 tbsp Dijon mustard -2 tbsp fresh parsley -3 tbsp butter -1 tbsp olive oil -Salt and pepper to taste DIRECTIONS: 1.) Salt and pepper your steaks. Set aside 2.) Chop your mushrooms. I always dice mine real small and my kids love eating them without even knowing. Chop your parsley. Mince your garlic. 3.) Heat a large pan to medium high heat. Melt your butter. Add your steaks. Cook to desired doneness. I like medium-rare to medium, but it’s up to you. 4.) Remove steaks once done and let sit. Add your olive oil. Add in your garlic and stir. Add in mushrooms, stir for a minute or two. Add in cream, mustard, and parsley. Stir until it thickens. Remove from heat and let sit. 5.) Slice your steak into thin strips against the grain. 6.) Eat as is or place atop rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, mashed cauliflower, etc. 7.) Cover with a generous scoop of mushroom gravy. 8.) Devour! Enjoy! 9.)
