my uncle was a truck driver hauling those, another big rig stopped on the road and didn't have it's lights on (it was at night) my uncle hit him and the coils crushed the cab killing him instantly.

lol I work in a steel plant that cuts the coils and I've seen some ppl load these on a truck and they have no clue what they are doing so plz be careful when driving behind the tarp covered trucks

this is what i transport every day. anything from 3 tonnes to 28 tonnes. as long as you respect the load and drive in a safe manner it's fine

I work in this industry with receiving this material those coils are no joke the heaviest ones(48,000 pounds) we get have to be picked up with a crane 25k and under we use a forklift
