@asipoftexas: I picked up @Crab Classic Flake Style from my local H-E-B and added it to homemade pajeon (Korean savory pancakes) for an extra protein boost. While some may shy away from imitation crab due to the misconception that it's entirely artificial, Crab Classic is actually made from real seafood—sustainably sourced @wildalaskapollock. You should definitely try incorporating it into more recipes! Ingredients: Green onions (cut lengthwise) 1/2 cup flour 1 tbsp potato starch 1–1.5 cups water (adjust until the batter reaches a runny consistency) Crab Classic Flake Style (pulled apart into smaller pieces) Onion powder (to taste) Garlic powder (to taste) Salt (to taste) Instructions: Slice the green onion stalks in half and half again and cut them lengthwise. Gently break apart the Crab Classic flakes into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine flour and potato starch. Slowly whisk in water until the batter is runny and smooth. Add the green onions and Crab Classic to the batter, and mix well. Heat a generous amount of oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour the batter into the pan and cook for 5–6 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Flip the pancake and cook for an additional 5–6 minutes. #ad, #crabclassic, #wildalaskapollock, #gapp #nofauxfoodchallenge #knowyourcrabclassic #pajeon #korean #EasyRecipes
