@tracesoats: If you’re sick then you NEED to drink this 🫡 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙨: - 6 cups of water - 3 oranges - 3 lemons - Ginger root (I did about 2 inches) - 1 tsp cinnamon (or 2 cinnamon sticks) 𝙏𝙤𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝: - Honey - Pinch of cayenne pepper 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨: 1. Bring 6 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add oranges, lemons, ginger, and cinnamon sticks. 3. Boil gently for 15 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let steep for 5-10 minutes. 5.
